Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Admin → Billing → Manage billing. That opens the Stripe portal where you can cancel anytime. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.

Where's my inventory if I sign in on a new device?

Hit the "Sync now" button on the home page. The first sync on a new device pulls everything from the cloud; after that it only fetches what's changed.

How do I export my data?

Inventory → Reports → Export CSV. Accounting pages also have export buttons. Everything is downloadable as CSV.

Found a bug — what do I do?

Email us with: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and a screenshot or the "Reference" code on any error screen.
